Built in 1860 and occupied by Dr. Conner from
1861-1896.
It served as a tenant farm house for the
Cederside Farm, which was on the opposite side of Clayborn
Street from 1896-1950. Dr. Conner
was a member of the Franklin County Medical Society and a member and Deacon of
the Christian Church.
